Join us for a meaningful opening night experience to kick off the Best Life Self-Care Health Fair weekend.

After last year’s event, we recognized that speaker programming during the daytime expo competed with noise and activity. This dedicated evening allows for a calmer, more intentional environment to engage in important conversations around health, healing, and collective resilience.

7:00 – 7:10 PM | Opening Circle: From Surviving to Thriving — Welcome & Intention Setting

7:10 – 8:00 PM | Voices of Wellness

A short speaker series exploring themes such as mental and emotional health, physical wellness and prevention, nervous system regulation, community care, and the role of collaboration in healing journeys.

8:00 – 8:45 PM | Community Panel & Open Dialogue

A moderated Q&A and open discussion inviting shared reflection, thoughtful conversation, and collective insight around what it means to thrive together.

8:45 PM | Closing Intention: From Tonight Into Your Best Life

A short closing reflection and invitation into the Saturday Best Life Self-Care Health Fair experience.
